Oh hey, I’m Char.
I’m a product designer who loves untangling the messy. I help teams navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and solve the problems that matter most.
Most recently, I was a Senior Product Designer at Xero, designing onboarding and activation experiences for 4.4M+ subscribers and helping small businesses build confidence and realise value sooner.
Before that, I shaped B2B and B2C experiences at LMG, helping more than 6,000 brokers better support their customers while strengthening design practices, team rituals, and ways of working. Earlier in my career, I worked across workforce intelligence at Reejig, healthcare scheduling at Skedulo, and and the brand, website, and product experience for Tiny Technologies, the creator of TinyMCE.
I thrive in teams that are curious, collaborative, and willing to challenge assumptions. Teams that care about understanding people, making thoughtful decisions, and building things that genuinely help.
Outside of work, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, rollerblading by the bay, practising yoga, and making memories with family in Brisbane, Australia.
